I run presale marketing and sales from the earliest design conversations through to a sold-out project. I am in the room before the first rendering exists, and I stay on the file until the last unit closes. I touch every single deal personally.

Nothing to outsource. My own CRM is included, so smaller projects run end to end without a third party. Projects over 20 units run on Avesdo. Contract software for projects under 20 units is handled on my end.

Onboard

You bring me in early, ideally at the architectural or interior design stage. I learn the site, the pro forma, and your goals before a single decision is locked in.

Value Engineering

I work alongside your architect and designer to make sure every dollar lands where buyers actually feel it. We protect what sells, cut what they will not pay for, and keep the project sellable and on budget.

Position

Branding, print collateral, signage, and the full sales centre. We build the look and the story before the first buyer walks through the door.

Launch

The hype phase. Pre-launch momentum, launch events, and realtor events that fill the room and create urgency from day one.

Tempo

Marketing stays active across the entire lifecycle, with promotions placed strategically to keep the project lively and moving until the last unit closes.

Throughout all of it, you have one point of contact: me. Weekly meetings, plus calls and texts whenever you need me.

After nearly a decade working inside some of the Fraser Valley's most active presale developments, I built Catalyst with one purpose: to bring big-developer execution to boutique-scale projects.

I understand how large developers think, plan, price, and launch. I know the systems, the timelines, the pressure points, and the decisions that make or break a project's success. That institutional knowledge now serves builders and developers who deserve the same level of strategy, focus, and execution, without being handed off to a junior agent at a large brokerage.
